Shipping policy
As we are a small business, we print all our products to order. All orders are processed, created, and shipped within 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need your order sooner, please email info@westcostdrift.ca with your order number and requested date (you must select priority or express shipping during check out).
Please note our shipping provider (Canada Post) has frequent delays that are out of our control.
WE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFER SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA.
Local delivery
Local delivery available within Courtenay/Comox
Delivery will be made on Tuesday or Wednesdays every two weeks, in order to accommodate deliveries we will expedite processing times to make the next delivery if it falls within 7 - 14 days. Please contact us if you have questions.
We will contact you via email to notify you of the date of your delivery.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@westcoastdrift.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
